Main Tasks: To ensure Area Business plan development and follow up, reaching monthly SO targets, in-store development included To take over responsibility for business aspects of cooperation and coordination with distributors’ branches in the Region Create and maintain the interface between main distributor’s branches and company’s Sales & Marketing team. Company’s regional merchandisers team management Job Targets and Responsibilities - Accounts coordination within the Region - Providing feedback from the fields, shortfalls identification and conducting request from the market - Area business plan developing and execution - Initiation of sales actions on in store level, shelve space management - Assortment and promo implementations - Providing distributor support in the cases of problematic article numbers - POP materials order and implementation - Conducting seminars, sales presentations, coaching, joint fields visits both for external and internal teams Professional experience requirements - Experience of working in regional sales management sphere for at least of 3 years - Positive records in sales targets achievements, strengthening distributors’ network, implementing changes to the retail points of sales Qualifications requirements - University graduate - Sales and Sales Management trainings - Understanding of trade marketing technologies and merchandising tools |
