Опыт работы, навыки, должностные обязанности: Responsibilities: 1.      HR ADMINISTRATION (legal, C&B, payroll, recruitment, people policies)   ·        Ensures legal compliance and appropriate policies and processes for administration of personnel data, files, contracts, payroll and other information and legal aspects related with HR ·        Contributes to establishment of and ensures implementation of competitive and cost-effective C&B policy resulting in attracting and retaining appropriate professionals ·        Ensures effective recruitment process and staffing within assigned regions   2. BUSINESS PARTNER (EAS, org. design (SHuRP), core processes) ·        Guaranties implementation and maintaining of performance management process ·        Ensures that organizational design and business processes are reviewed regularly and improved as necessary to allocate people/roles/functions effectively for achievement of organizational objectives ·        Is responsible for providing support to AGD and RMD people-related decisions, issues and strategies   3. COMMUNICATION (employee relations, internal communication, recognition) ·        Ensures effective communication between employees and management and across functions, sites, divisions, through implementation of TELE2 communication processes, development of management capability and implementation of other communication tools, recognition programs, employee motivation systems etc. ·        Is responsible for providing training and coaching to HR and line management on communication with employees   4. DEVELOPMENT (career & development, leading change, improvement initiatives) ·        Ensures effective assessment of Human Resources of enterprises considered for M&A and is responsible for effective implementation of M&A in HR area of integration ·        Leads implementation of Company’s people processes in macro region ·        Is responsible for identification of improvement opportunities and their implementation as per agreed plans / projects / actions / initiatives ·        Is responsible for L&D agenda in macro region in accordance with agreed business plans   5. TEAM (staffing, managing, coaching HR team) ·        Is responsible for functional leadership within HR organization and HR team capability within assigned Regions ·        Establish macro-regional HR team with clear role and responsibilities ·        Ensure high performance of HR organization through co-management and coaching of HR team   OTHER ·        Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance by anticipating, researching and reporting on current and future needs of the Company ·        Lead and coach the direct reporting staff, recruiting and retaining high caliber employees ·        Promote Group principals and business culture   Requirements: ·        2-3 years experience from work covering the full scope of HR areas (recruitment, HR administration, pay and reward, performance management) ·        Strong management skills and experience of management  team of 3-5 people ·        Good communication and presentation skills ·        Good English
